With the real Italian Mozzarella.
How to prepare it:
remove the cover and put the tray with the Melanzana Parmigiana still frozen in a traditional oven preheated at 180°C for about 45 minutes (you can use also a 800W microwave for about 25 minutes).
Then leave to stand the product for about 5 minutes at room temperature.
For a perfect presentation we suggest to serve it in a bowl or terrine.
